Important Notice!!!
Abokobi Area Rural Bank Plc hereby notifies the general public and its valued customers that in accordance with the Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930), accounts held in the bank that have not been operated for a minimum of five (5) years have been classified as dormant.
The affected customers or their legal representatives are hereby advised to visit the nearest branch of Abokobi Area Rural Bank Plc within two (2) weeks from the date of this publication to reactivate their accounts.
Balances on the accounts not reactivated within the stipulated period shall thereafter be transferred to the Bank of Ghana in accordance with Banks and Specialised Deposit-Taking Institutions Act, 2016 (Act 930).
